The Ortega OCJP-GB lends itself to playing the backing track in lighter styles of music and, best of all, you don't need your hands to play it. As such, it's perfect for guitar-toting singer-songwriters as well as drummers who want to build up an alternative drum kit around a cajon. This right-footed pedal can be set up in combination with any standard cajon and comes including an adjustable mounting clamp. Unlike most other pedals, this model doesn't have an entire footplate, but features a yellow lever that's pushed down to activate the chain for an immediate response from the adjustable foam beater. The Ortega OCJP-GB comes complete with a carry bag and a drum key.
